Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a training that will give you a clear 5-step action plan to help a young person who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness, and what YOU can do to support a young person in your life.

You will receive a certification valid for 3-years upon completion of the full training.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.
