KWC 2020 Community Health Needs Assessment

Ketchikan Wellness Coalition engaged Crescendo Consulting Group to assist with the development of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This study provides a comprehensive review of health data and community input on issues relevant to community health and wellbeing in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough. The assessment covers a wide range of topics and community members were engaged to ensure the voices of local community residents were heard. We invite the reader to review and use the information in this report to help move toward solutions, the creation of goals, and the implementation of activities leading to improved community health.

2016 behavioral Health community needs assessment

The purpose of the community assessment is to determine the most pressing behavioral health need in the greater Ketchikan area, the underlying causes of that need, and to provide a starting point for addressing those causes in compliance with the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Prevention and Early Intervention Grant that the Ketchikan Wellness Coalition received from the State of Alaska Division of Behavioral Health.
